Tim Mattimore is a Creative Director and Photographer who hails from New York and now calls Superior National Forest in Northern Minnesota home.

At The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Tim had a unique upbringing in the world of The Arts. Surrounded by Fashion, Toy and Interior Designers as well as Fine Artists and Illustrators, the influence from what he saw and absorbed gave him a unique perspective on the world and creativity. “We were a merry bunch of misfits at FIT, and we devoured and were influenced by everything around us.”

Tim’s work in the Advertising Industry has been recognized by Cannes, The One Show, ADC, D&AD, & CommArts amongst others. “I consider myself lucky to have been a part of some amazing teams that have brought to life some really wonderful work…”

While he enjoys shooting landscapes and wildlife, you can still see and feel the influence from the cities that colored most of his adult life in his photographs of the natural world.

”My passion for landscape photography has taken me on adventures all over the US as well as trips to Iceland and Patagonia thus far. I am also proud to have illustrated gig posters for bands including The 1975, Chevelle, Bleachers and Jimmy Eat World, which adorn the walls of the historic St. Andrews Hall, The Fillmore and other venues in Detroit.”

Tim brings his love of art + activism to life in support of social issues including supporting the LGBTQA+ Community and taking on Social Justice and The Gun Violence Pandemic in the US.
