LIVE NATION

LIVE NATION TOUR POSTERS

I started doing some pro-bono work for Live Nation in 2017 at Commonwealth McCann. It's gave me a chance to get back into illustration after a long, long time away from it. During my time in Detroit, I joined The Scarab Club Gallery where I spent most weekends life drawing. It's been an incredible privilege to do artwork for bands touring Michigan and truly rewarding to make something in the analog when so much of our work is digitally created.

GARY CLARK Jr.

I love this Austin shredder. Every bit of him bleeds into and out of the guitar strapped to his chest. I thought I'd pay tribute to this amazing talent with this original illustration.

DAVID BLAINE

David Blaine is a freak of nature I think we can all agree. I tried to honor his abilities with a couple different concepts for his upcoming tour. The one featured here is inspired by "Levitation" from his Street Magic Special.

BLEACHERS

Jack Antonoff's penchant for nostalgia inspired this look back at a classic. Apparently, the band's manager took one look and said. "I don't get it." The frontman and lover of all things John Hughes exclaimed, "I LOVE IT!!"

THE 1975

I fell in love with the song 'Somebody Else' while creating this poster for The 1975. I love the limitations in creating these pieces. Turns out there's plenty of emotion and story on display with only 3 colors, and a couple square feet.

CHEVELLE

Chevelle will rip their 2002 anthem, "The Red," at the Fillmore in Detroit this May. The song describes anger boiling up inside to the point of 'seeing red.' The stippling on this image took over 15 hours. I was seeing stars... not red.

JIMMY EAT WORLD

My poster for Jimmy Eat World's show at 20 MONROE LIVE is an homage to the "Fearless Girl" sculpture done on Wall Street in downtown NYC. I figured a band that has always played the underdog and been a proud supporter of women over the years would be the perfect champion of this movement.
